AmberClean™ SC19U is a high purity aqueous cleaner formulated with a unique built-in stabilizer which aids in maintaining a neutral pH (7.0) environment. This dual purpose formula excels in protecting against oxidation and corrosion of reactive metals such as cobalt, manganese, copper and iron, which are often used in the manufacture of MR/GMR heads. AmberClean™ SC19U effectively reduces surface tension, facilitates the removal of process fluid residues and other contaminants associated with the manufacture of microelectronic components, and will not leave films or residues.
AmberClean™ SC76C is a biodegradable, neutral pH, cleaner which does not contain corrosive anions or volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It is specifically formulated to flush and disperse aluminum and nickel grinding fines from HDD substrates, cleaning brushes and process equipment. AmberClean™ SC76C is designed to eliminate micro-pitting and minimize oxidation of aluminum substrates. It is non-aggressive toward aluminium and nickel alloys, but very effective at dispersing and cleaning the swarf generated during grinding and polishing processes. AmberClean™ SC76C can be used in soak tanks, light spray, scrubber systems and ultrasonic cleaning equipment.
AmberClean™ SCA23R is a biodegradable, aqueous cleaner which does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It is specifically formulated to clean and disperse sapphire, SiC™ and other ceramic lapping and polishing fines as well as aluminum oxide, diamond, silicon carbide and silica abrasives. Additionally, the surfactant technology employed by AmberClean™ SCA23R is designed to cut through and remove, and other process residues without harming ceramic substrate surfaces. AmberClean™ SCA23R also removes metal oxide and carbon stains, which can be left by lapping plates.
AmberClean™ SOLAR GS-1C is a biodegradable, aqueous glass cleaner
designed for the cleaning of silicon and thin film solar panels. AmberClean™
SOLAR GS-1C uses high performance dispersants specifically designed to remove dust, dirt, carbon and other debris from glass surfaces, and contains
no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). AmberClean™ SOLAR GS-1C’s unique
chemistry allows the use of hard water (municipal tap water or well water) to
clean as effectively as deionized water. The ability to use municipal water in
place of deionized water can lead to considerable cost savings. Unlike
