AmberClean™ 203 is a high purity, waterless cleaner formulated to replace highly flammable solvents in critical cleaning applications. AmberClean 203 has a low surface tension that facilitates the removal of process fluids, residues and other contaminants associated with electronic components such as printed circuit boards. AmberClean 203 is not flammable or highly volatile, but can be removed from parts by blow drying with clean dry air, nitrogen or other inert gases. AmberClean 203 can be used in wipe, contact cleaning, immersion, ultrasonic or spray applications.
AmberClean™ 205 is a high purity, solvent cleaner formulated to replace highly flammable solvents in critical cleaning applications. AmberClean 205 has a low surface tension that facilitates the removal of process fluids, residues and other contaminants associated with electronic components such as read-write heads and printed circuit boards. It is conductive to prevent ESD damage to sensitive electronic devices. AmberClean 205 is not flammable and has low volatility. AmberClean 205 can be used in hand wipe, immersion or ultrasonic applications.

AmberClean 527D is a biodegradable, aqueous cleaner that does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs) or ozone depleting chemicals (ODCs). It is specifically formulated to remove and disperse ceramic fines and process contaminants from sapphire, quartz, glass and other ceramic and crystal surfaces. Additionally, the surfactant technology employed by AmberClean 527D is designed to cut through and remove silica, alumina, ceria, diamond and silicon carbide slurries and process chemicals from substrates without leaving films or residues. AmberClean 527D is formulated for dilution with deionized water and can be used in immersion tanks, ultrasonic tanks and contact cleaning systems, in addition to spray cleaning equipment.
AmberClean 527L is a biodegradable, aqueous cleaner that does not contain volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It is specifically formulated to remove process contaminants including silicon, ceramic and metal fines from substrate surfaces. Additionally, the dispersant technology employed by AmberClean 527L is designed to suspend and flush aluminum oxide, diamond, silica and silicon carbide slurries and process chemicals from substrates without leaving films or residues. AmberClean 527L should be diluted with deionized water and can be used in immersion tanks, ultrasonic tanks and contact cleaning systems, in addition to spray cleaning equipment.
AmberClean 558W™ is a unique, high purity blend of nonionic and amphoteric surfactants designed to remove process residues and particulate contaminates from the surfaces of sensitive microelectronic components. It is recommended for use in highly technical, aqueous cleaning processes such as those encountered in the fabrication of the most advanced read-write heads. AmberClean™ 558W contains unique dispersants and inhibitors specific to head, HSA & HGA applications. It contains very low anion and cation contaminants, and will not leave residues or films. AmberClean™ 558W is formulated to be non-aggressive toward exotic metal alloys.
