                      IDEAL Hybrid

                      IDEAL Hybrid is an innovative solution for single-step automotive polishing engineered to combine the high cutting capabilities of large particle abrasives with the pristine glossing performance of smaller particles. This hybrid alumina (Al2O3) product eliminates the need for multiple polishing stages by providing superior buffing capacities on initial application and a gradual reduction in the particle cutting capabilities to improve the final gloss.
                      IDEAL Hybrid is a ground-breaking automotive polishing abrasive that can remove surface defects and produce a clear coat with a high gloss in just one step. IDEAL Hybrid products are comprised of hybrid alumina particles in either aqueous dispersion or as a dry powder.

                      IDEAL Hybrid G Solution​

                      IDEAL Hybrid G alumina particles are provided fully dispersed in aqueous solution without any chemical modification. The alumina particle size centered at 0.75 micrometers provide an excellent solution for cutting action and the removal of holograms and swirls. The diminishing action of the polish provides an incrementally reduced cut, offering a unique solution for high-quality polishing in tight timeframes.

                      IDEAL Hybrid Powders​

                      IDEAL Hybrid powders in the larger size of 5 micrometers (um) display enhanced cutting action where more aggressive polishing is needed, while still producing a great final gloss. This product can be integrated into a range of slurry media, providing a near-universal application to clear coat compositions.
